Enrollment Fees

Enrollment Fee

There is a $35 registration fee per child which shall be paid upon acceptance
of enrollment with our center. This fee is non-refundable.

Initial Payment of Fees

We ask that you begin enrollment within two weeks of paying your enrollment
fee. Payment of fees is required upon receipt of invoice. Upon enrollment,
you will be given an invoice based on your desired schedule.

Late Child Pick-Up Fee

Community Care closes promptly at 6:00 p.m. every evening. Parents who
do not pick their children up by the 6:00 p.m. closing time will be charged $5
for every 5 minutes they are late past 6:00 p.m. This fee will be charged to
your weekly bill. This fee will then be given directly to the teacher who
stayed late to care for your child.

Payment of Fees

Payment of services is required weekly upon receipt of invoice. Invoices will
be generated from the child care schedule you submit. They will be posted
each Monday on your parent board and are due by Friday of that same
week. Parents with a solid payment history of 3 months or more may make
arrangements with the Administrator to pay every other week if desired.
Parents with late payments are subject to having care privileges suspended.
Parents may choose to pay in the following ways: cash, check, or direct
withdrawal from a checking or savings account.
