A child is considered enrolled upon completion of admission requirements,
admission fee paid, and first week's schedule filled out. Enrollment status is
continued until one of the following occurs:
• A letter of formal termination by the parent/guardian
• Six months after last recorded day of attendance
• Mutual decision
• Center termination
